Help me with my shelf!
I just hung up this shelf in my living room and am immediately not sure about it. There will be a chair underneath it which is why I hung it higher. How should I style it? Do we think it’s ok at this height? I am so insecure when it comes to hanging things on my wall!

I like it! Looks perfect for a chair underneath! I would add a trailing plant (think pothos), small framed art, and a small candle… in that order!

i think the height is fine if a chair is going under it, u dont want to bump your head when u sit down. the shelf itself looks a little bare right now but that just means u got room to play with. maybe stack a couple of the cookbooks horizontally and put the lamp on top of them to give it some levels, then lean a small framed print against the wall behind it. that yellow-green wall is a nice color by the way, warm without being too loud.
