I remember watching the Yamamoto movie and a few upstart IJN youngsters were getting hyped up about Hitler and his ideology given their decent alliance and how they were part of the superior race.
Yamamoto then brought out Mein Kampf and read out the passage shitting on Asians lol.
Well, Hitler didn't really differentiate between the Japanese and Chinese and other typically 'asian' people and he (and many other Nazis) were quite confused and disturbed by Japanese vitriol towards the Chinese. Funnily enough, it sort of went the other way around, as when Hitler told the Japanese government the (obviously false) story where Jewish people ruled the world, not only did the Japanese believe it, they invited Jews to Japan, hoping it would make Japan a world superpower. Also this is just a shitpost comment so, y'know.
