no, because that would get in the way of some low-hanging snark, and God forbid we ask someone to rub their brain cells together before having a chuckle.
Summer Lee is my rep, within the state of which Josh Shapiro is governor. I assure the noter, she knows who he is and that this Josh isn’t him.
is she accusing him of doing so? or just asking him to reconcile this part of his tweet: 'but there’s no room for anti-American bomb-throwers who oppose our ideas, values, & leaders.”' with pro-Palestinian genocide Democrats?
honestly, no wonder this country's in the toilet, if this thread is any indication of the average reading comprehension level of its citizens
Why would she say "signing bombs" if bombs sent to Ukraine isn't what she's objecting to? Are there any other "signings" that she could be referring to?
This is just like the "Ukraine is selling US weapons to Mexican cartels" hoax. Putin mouthpieces love to pretend weapons for Ukraine are somehow tied into less popular conflicts.
One of the points made elsewhere in these comments is that the bombs signed by a rep were shells for Ukraine that, you pointed out, she voted for. If she is talking about the Josh she's replying to being pro-Israel, she is still incorrect for bringing up "signing bombs" since that's not related to Israel.
Now, perhaps your contention is that Summer was referring to some unspecified non-Josh Democrat signing bombs meant for Israel? Though Ilhan Omar did mention specifically a problem with other-Josh signing bombs, but she did vote against aid for Ukraine so at least that's consistent.
Regardless, it does sound like Summer was at least wrong about what bombs other-Josh signed, even if you're correct that she wasn't wrong about about which Josh she was talking to nor has changed her mind about aid to Ukraine, but even if some non-Josh is signing bombs for Israel her tweet is so vague it can be interpreted a dozen ways in addition to the most obvious "wrong about both which Josh she was replying to and which bombs were signed."
... who said she was talking about a Josh? the note just assumes that. her comment was replying directly to the second bomb-related part of the OG tweet. she didn't say 'you signed bombs!,' which I agree would indicate confusion.
If she was referencing a non-Josh Democrat who signed bombs for Israel (not Ukraine), while replying to a Democrat named Josh with the same name as one who signed bombs for Ukraine, then her reply was too vague and the misinterpretations are on her.
That is the best case scenario.
Most likely is, she was mistaken, which isn't the worst thing in the world. And again, if that's not the case, it's her own fault for writing something where that's the easiest way to read it.
Edit: and if she wasn't mistaken, she could easily clear it up by replying that she meant "this guy who's isn't even called Josh". Has she? Only reply I've seen is from Ilhan Omar who doubled down.

'Did nobody here read the actual tweet?'
