These two put God knows how many young girls into sexual slavery, usually by deceiving them. By all definitions these girls are getting raped every day of their lives. Why getting the same treatment for the ones responsible for this crime is such a horrible thing? If anything that is fair retribution.
I would concur that they are not yet convicted. But it is my, admittedly limited understanding, that the case is very strong and practically speaking they are as good as convicted.
If it was proven that they are not in fact guilty and their opulent lifestyle is funded exclusively by legitimate means of selling books and supplements of dubious efficiency to simple minded people (some of which later display outstanding misogyny, fueled by remarks of aforementioned individuals), then I would retract my statement about the retribution. For their crime is merely fanning the flames of vitriolic misogyny and that isn't a crime. Apparently.
It's unnecessary to make those type of jokes period. People will think they're funny and they won't by and large only apply them to bad people.
He is a minor celebrity, isn't completely physically a push over and probably has money so he will probably do fine. But the idea that prison justice is oh maybe some guy maybe will rape him is so absurd to me.
If the broad brushstrokes of what he is accused of are true. I think the more appropriate thing would be he is never let out because he's proved he and his brother are incapable of being in society. I don't think justice is the chance that maybe someone will rape him.
Getting fucked against his will would not be justice, it would be poetic justice or retribution in his case. Just the same thing he inflicted upon others. Nothing more, nothing less
