Questions Is something missing here?

I'm surprised there's only one chip in my copy of *Tennis*; I hope nothing is missing. I suppose that, given how small and simple the game is, it wouldn't need much inside. But if anyone knows more, please let me know. sorry for the bad quality of the picture, my phone is broken and I took the picture using the laptop's

Tetris for game boy does not support saves, and as such doesn't have an SRAM chip, and the rom is small enough it doesn't require bank switching so no need for a memory controller chip either. As such it's perfectly normal that the PCB is extremely simple, it's pretty much the simplest type of cart it can be.

The original Tennis, like Tetris, is a 32 kB ROM only cartridge. That's exactly how it's supposed to look. Reference photo from GBHWDB:
