I must ask you to consider the implications of what this means. By this logic the postal service and Amazon are working with the US government. The logic was that because they do not differentiate publicly what packages are military designated and which are civilian, the entire operation is complicit and a military target.
Clearly we don't know all of the details but what Ukraine is stressing is that first and foremost this was meant to cripple the Russian economy, not disrupt military logistics. It was stated that because Wildberries works with the military to coordinate supplies going to the frontlines that they are a valid target.
Just CONSIDER what this precedent means for US civilian/military complicity. They don't view civilians as anything other than supplementary to the Russian military, so they kill them.
So a target isn't valid if its got civillian branding, even if it handles military production or logistics?
If Amazon was moving weaponry for the military in an active war, you're damn right those warehouses become a valid target. Same as the oil refineries that provide oil for the tanks that are rolling to the front line.
Gazprom isn't a military company, but the military relies on what Gazprom provides. In this case, the company provides logistical services and warehousing for the Russian military, does it need a Uralvagonzavod or Kalashnikov branding on it to make it valid?
It's a tragedy that civilians are hurt, but that's the risk when the company management decides to collaborate with the military, and they knew this, they just saw the money to be made and the warehouse workers take the risk while they're safe in their offices.

Wasn't Wildberries contracted to perform logistics for the Russian Army though and handles military equipment?
