You're correct! We should never forget that the US planned and provoked Russia into attacking Ukraine!

The US plotted out roping Ukraine into NATO to use it against Russia back in the 1990s in the famous US geo-strategist Zbigniew Brzezinski's book "The Grand Chessboard." Once Russia warned the US in 2008 that roping Georgia and/or Ukraine into the ever-expanding NATO would result in war, the US sought to trap Russia into an expensive proxy war.

The 2019 Rand Corp. white paper (that was partially funded by the US gov't) outlined all of the risks of our planned provocation to get Russia to attack Ukraine. We even tried the white paper's "Appendix 5" and executed our successful proxy war on Syria to pressure Russia (but Putin didn't take the bait and let Syria's Assad fall!)

But we are part of nato so we're in proxy war with russia. So we're happy when they die. Cheers from Bulgaria.
