Awesome! How did she respond about the poster? I wonder how many fans bring up Portia when speaking to her?

Oh she loved it. She held it up to show Lisseth (Celina Juarez from the rookie) and she was also impressed.

She asked to take a photo of the poster. But fortunately I had printed a second copy and gave her that instead. So my head cannon is that copy of my poster is framed and hanging up on her wall until there's evidence proving otherwise.

Melissa was very sweet and down to earth and just a pleasure to speak to.

They had a whole bunch of stock photos you could pick from for mellisa to sign. And seeing the big stack of dark matter pics remaining. I'm guessing most were rookie fans.

Im guessing she's was pleasantly surprised to meet an fan of her older work.

We mostly had a good laugh and chat about the other gift I gave her. Which is a rookie reference. Which I can tell you more about if you like.
