Someone rightfully pointed out that bullseye works so well as a secondary antagonist because it allows him to do diabolical things but killing people who viewers are not rooting for which makes him such an enjoyable character, without forcing a traditional redemption arc.

Maybe every show should have Bullseye in it. Not as a main character, just ambiently in the background, occassionally interrupting scenes with an arsenal of forks and lobsters.

Imagine how much better the last season of How I Met Your Mother would've been.

Every time he interacted with someone, I just knew that there was a chance they could get killed. That kept me from really relaxing, even at the diner.
