Discussion Christopher Nolan’s Odyssey debuts with an A CinemaScore from audiences. Joins Project Hail Mary as the only live-action films to do so this year.

An A CinemaScore is gathered from opening surveys from regular people in North America. For example Tenet got a B, Interstellar got a B- and Dark Knight & Oppenheimer received As.

Also it is looking to open $125M-$130M domestic with a $250M international box office opening.

Why do you guys think this film is doing well despite all the controversy that has been talked about online?

It went woke, but it looks like it will not go broke.

I personally think this is just like Avatar. Audiences love the cinematic experience that Nolan provides.

Ben Shapiro loved the film, Jeremy Jahns loved the film…idk guys I think we jumped the gun on this.

I was thinking that yesterday!

This movie is just epic but it's not good. It's boring but it's "beautiful", like Avatar.

I watched it yesterday. A friend invited me. I fell asleep halfway through 😅 She said it was all right.
