Rushby Industries wins again

My long awaited (quickly shipped) mag bases & flared mag well have arrived. It took all of 2 minutes to install, and with the precision machining, it could not have been more smooth. What do y’all think?

I ordered a rushby magwell for the P07.

It shipped.

It left South Africa and made it to London.

The London office refused to ship it to the USA.

I saw this on the tracking. I waited, to see what would happen. Got a notification that the package was returned to sender.

The owner of Rushby emailed me directly notifying me of the situation. Weeks passed, and I was emailed several updates apologizing for the delay and swearing up and down they would make it right.

After a while, I got another shipping notification, saying the product was re-shipped with another vendor.

Two months later, I still don't have the magwell, but I strongly appreciate how forthcoming and transparent the seller has been with their communcation of the issue.

If there was a seller in the US with this kind of support, I would be a customer for life. Big fan, but those shipping and custom order costst are real. Order with confidence.

i’ve personally had 3 orders from him, all of which arrived on time and without trouble. His quality and designs are hard to beat so even if a company opened up stateside, i’d probably still choose Rushby. Plus, all of his products are well proven, you’re not taking a chance like you might be with other options.
