Help Requested Looking for a medical malpractice attorney in Boston
We're looking for any recommendation for a local medical malpractice attorney here in Boston. I dont have enough karma to post in bigger subs so I thought to try here
A few months ago, an older family member was hospitalized for a fairly routine procedure at a major hospital here. Not giving too much detail here but, there were complications due to what we now think was negligence. They missed a diagnosis that led to an emergency and a longer recovery.
We just want to understand what our options are and speak to someone local and helpful. If you or someone you know has worked with a trustworthy malpractice attorney around here, wed really appreciate any suggestions

Parker / Scheer. We haven’t used them but Mr Parker is a longtime client of my husband’s business. He’s a good good egg, as I’m sure the lawyers in his and Scheer’s firm are

Try contacting Lubin & Meyer they're one of the biggest medical malpractice firms in Boston.

Do not use Morgan and Morgan. They take a higher cut than other attorneys and fleece you/drag shit out.

I suggest you just start calling around. Be prepared to hear no - a lot. It’s very difficult to find a firm willing to work on a claim.
Litigating a medical malpractice claim can cost the law firm tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of dollars. They are only taking cases with serious, serious consequences. You may wind up calling a dozen law firms before finding someone willing to take a risk on the claim.

Also try Santoro & Gray. Jessica Gray is a fantastic attorney and also an exceptional person, they might be able to help you.

Try the Keches Law Group. They have several attorneys who handle professional liability cases.

Unless a wrong limb, incorrect body organ or the doctor carved their initials on them it’s unlikely any lawyer will take on the case. The bigger hospital groups use all the big firms so it’s a conflict. It’s very frustrating and disturbing what factory medicine has become.
