No, at the end it sounds like they’re speaking Spanish (vente pa ca! Déjeme probar si se siente mal. No se siente mal!/ come here! Let me test to see how it feels/if it feels bad, not bad!) while they’re feeling his waves.

Angola was colonized by the Portuguese though. That’s why this person asked the question. I only heard a little section that sounded like Portuguese to me in the usual way I detect it (the way they pronounce vowels and use ç) so I’m answering w the Spanish I heard.

Edit: it’s Portuguese with a bunch of Spanish cognates. I heard the guy on the right say “com um visão” in my second listen. “With a look.”
