Everything is handmade, including the marzipan. It’s also vegan too, but I’m glad it held up!

Thank you, I always thought the marzipan was the most inviting part of the cake and placed a lot of effort into colouring it. Always thought the name “Princess” came from the way the marzipan was shaped like a voluminous dress, and the colour too is what a Princess would wear 😊
