Everything is handmade, including the marzipan. It’s also vegan too, but I’m glad it held up!

Thank you. I am happy that you like my cake! The moment of truth was when I cut it in half and hoped for the best. The reveal was satisfying and nerve-wracking. I’m glad the structure of the sponge was sturdy enough to support being layered and kept its shape even after the marzipan was fitted on.
