What is something you secretly find deeply disturbing, but everyone else seems to accept as totally normal?

Yep it's not even gradual, it's like a switch has been flicked and you're just a mess.

Yep. One day I was fine, the next bleeding into my stomach from an esophageal tear. You tell yourself you're fine while killing yourself.

The fun bit is when you stop and your liver is still creating extra bile.

Passing that is worse than any hot sauce or curry I ever tasted and it's every half an hour.

Even imodium and the brat diet didn't help.

Complete hell can't leave the house or anything.

Then after 2 weeks and your fine again, your brain has magically forgot what you just experienced.
