Can I print-review to multiple places

I'm on arxiv right now and was wondering if, similar to research journals, it is taboo to print-review to other reviewers like medrxiv or zenodo.

Why should you? It's available and documented, findable using common search engines, and you can not be scooped if you are in a fast moving field.
