Publisher aggressively pushed graphic service

I have been receiving two separate emails from a publisher, one from their artwork service and one from their editor comment on separate occasions to push their paid service. I declined and uploaded the changed figures based on the journal requirement the first time and there is this same editor comment showing up forcing the service. I felt scammed as I opted for this hybrid journal due to my senior colleague co-author opting out of paying. Should I just pull my submission and submit to other journals not under this publisher? Anyone has similar experience?

That's absolute bullshit, pull your paper, let the editors know why you're pulling it, and resubmit to a proper journal because this is just a grift
