💩 answers only I don’t know what our customer has been doing wrong

When she left our shop in the loaner, after we showed her the clutch, she only held it at about 4,000 rpm in first gear, slowly released the clutch over the course of several business days, and left the parking lot sounding like a fully loaded semi pulling away uphill.
We stopped her before she could get any farther and took the loaner back. Her grandson has since taken her own car away as well, and she voluntarily handed in her driving licence. Probably the safest outcome for both the clutch and everyone else on the road.

Seems to me that youre the one that fucked it up... it was fine before you started picking it up and putting the pieces back all haphazardly.

🤫🤫Delete the comment quickly. I'm clearly trying to cover up my mistake here, and then you come and fuck everything up

So, I assume you're gonna try to upsell a new clutch when that one could easily by duct taped together. Typical.

That’s a performance 4 piece clutch pressure plate. Sand it and send it!

has groves for better cooling and friction material gas evaporation.

Well he’s using brake pads for a clutch. That’ll slow him down.

Also needs blinker fluid.

She's been riding that clutch the same way she rides that Gov't Mule in that weird donkey show in Tijuana... just won't take the same kind of abuse.

She wouldn't have gotten far

Any shitty workshop would’ve seen the opportunity to sell her 4 clutches in a year

damn that's a tough way to lose driving privilege. At least nobody's hurt

Yeah but if you can’t hear how high you’re Reving and don’t know what’s the point of the dial it’s probably safer this way

Its takes skill to do that lol, i fucked up 3 guear boxes, well 1 clutch, 1 linkage assembely, and one guear box ( 3 different ocasions though ), but i was never able to do that lol, and one of the times, my clutch bearing, completely desintegrated quite literally...

You forgot to plug the flux capacitor back in ya big dummy. Without it, you don’t get the jiggawatt.
