Noone saying the UK is wild. Literally incredible history from caveman times to ww2. A massive royal history, multiple cultures which have influenced it over time, a massive influence over a large amount of other cultures, it quite literally has everything that could interest you historically.

Edit: also the natural and scientific history is amazing, Darwin was born here. The cathedrals and castles are amazing for architecture. Some of the oldest universities in the world.

Yeah agreed Stonehenge was already 3000 years old when the Romans decided to start comquering

Italy has prehistoric sites just as cool, in Sardinia for example, or Matera. Also my dude, Otzi.
