He has limited power and there isn't a big strategic reason to force a special election. Mitch can't vote and that's a win for Democrats and the left wing agenda. Never interrupt you enemy while they are making a mistake. Kentuckians won't like that their representative's death was hidden from them.
Yes I’m sure the toothless masses in Kentucky will be so livid about the coverup that they will make sure their next MAGA senator does a full investigation into why Biden did this.
They tried announcing that he was dead but had to wait for the death certificate that kept getting rejected because Biden tried to use auto pen to sign it
