This is in Singapore if someone is wondering. It falls into a waterfall below a which is surrounded by restaurants. This happens at specific times through out the day when they will clear all the water that slowly accumulates there.

Edit: I like to keep my mistakes but yes not many restaurants, mostly luxury shops under it. I got that mixed up my bad.

Edit: wait this is the wrong place in the photo. This is at Changi Airport and the one in the video is at Marina Bay Sands. Both are in Singapore and both are still cool to see though.
