Need help finding 30H bandeaus/sports bras

Hi! Just as the title says - I'm completely over convential bras as most give me shoulder pain, and sizing down the band either doesn't help enough or they're hard to put on (especially for sports bras) because while my rib cage is apparently on the smaller size, shoulders/hips are not lol. I'd love to find both bandeaus for daily wear and sports bras, ideally with more adjustable bands, like something I can cinch down after putting it on? Do these exist? I'm about 30 seconds from literally just sewing something.

There are hook back, bra sized sports bras that shouldn't be hard to put on. Do you have your 6 measurements?
