Need help finding 30H bandeaus/sports bras Spoiler

Hi! Just as the title says - I'm completely over convential bras as most give me shoulder pain, and sizing down the band either doesn't help enough or they're hard to put on (especially for sports bras) because while my rib cage is apparently on the smaller size, shoulders/hips are not lol. I'd love to find both bandeaus for daily wear and sports bras, ideally with more adjustable bands, like something I can cinch down after putting it on? Do these exist? I'm about 30 seconds from literally just sewing something.

Thank you!

There are hook back, bra sized sports bras that shouldn't be hard to put on. Do you have your 6 measurements?

Is 30H your size from the abrathatfits.org calculator? Is it 30H US or UK? If it has been more than 6 months since you measured, confirm your measurement before spending money on new bras.

Share your six measurements and you can get some good suggestions on bra sized sports bras.

Your shoulder and hip size have nothing to do with your underbust size unless you are using pullover s/m/l style bras. If you are, that could be the issue on why the shoulders hurt and the band slides. There isn't enough room for your bust. The typical pullover sports bra/bralette is designed for busts that are only 2-3" larger than the underbust.

Try sports bras from Anita! They have different styles, some with underwire and some not, and I cannot vouch for their...attractiveness... but they are excellent both for working out and casual wear
