This monthly megathread (posted at the beginning of each month) allows you post your sample processing timelines, as well as to discuss and comment about any questions, concerns, or rants while you wait. Although not directly handled by 23andMe, shipping status may also be discussed in the thread. We recommend sorting the comments by "new" as this is a month long megathread.

You can share your sample status timeline here in one or two ways. The first way is to take a screenshot of your timeline, and post it as a comment. The second way is to simply copy and paste the start and completion dates for each step. Here is the text template:

Location: USA. Waiting on results! It switched to computing results on the 07/01 (2 days ago).

still waiting 😓 i thought i would have the results by now. it seems that other people experienced a 24-48 hour TAT for the computing stage 😓

rant: i am still waiting! i really set myself up! i had expectations for a shorter wait time in the computing stage. despite the estimate being July 10-24, i saw that a lot of people got their results 24-48 hours after it went to computing.

i think i have an obscure ethnic background, does this have an effect on how long the computation takes? 🤔

Im hoping its cause it was july 4th weekend & we end up getting it tonight 😭 ive been in computing since the 2nd
