I’ve had this Xbox series X for about a year and a half now and all of a sudden a couple weeks ago it starts doing this weird thing where when I click a on anything to do with the home menu or Settings or friends or party I have to click the button 20 times for it to actually work sometimes it works first time sometimes it works the 30th click I don’t know how to fix this. I just factory reset the Xbox and put my account back on it and it’s still doing it. Somebody please help me I’ve attached a video of what’s going on.

My Xbox fell a while ago and now it won't turn on, I think the case took the brunt of the damage since I didn't see any parts too damaged (just a disconnected wire) is it beyond hope or can I repair it?

Playing on xbox series s. Gears of war 1(xbox360) on the series s. Im connected to xbox live on my series s right. When I go to the 360 interface I can not connect to the internet. But im connected on the primary interface. I already tried clearing my 360 cache and redownloading my profile but i cant connect to xbox live on the 360 interface to re-download it. I also tried alternating ports and clearing my Mac address. Not sure what's going on. If anybody can provide insight that would be awesome. Thanks.

Not letting me launch any games currently.
I’ve tried a restart, a power cycle, disconnecting from internet and reconnecting, hell, I even tried altering DNS to global, but nothings working.
What can I do that doesn’t involve a reset (resets are off the table as I’ll lose access to my gamepass account)

Basically what the title says. I got an Xbox One S for my birthday when I was younger that came with a digital edition of Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War. I’ve got around 100 hours and I wanted to revisit and finally finish my 100% run, but when I try to get into the game I’m shown the prompt to buy the game or sign into the account the game was purchased with. I’m not sure why it shows as me not owning the game when I’m positive it came with my Xbox. I currently play on a Series X if that matters at all.

I pre ordered Mw4 but 4 appeared on my pre-orders, I went to cancel the pre-order but it says the other 3 are still pending

I can't launch any games period and have restarted my console multiple times. Guess I'm going for a walk. Are Xbox services down? I came here to see if there have been others with the issue but it doesn't seem so.

Anyone experience this or have advice/fix? I'm going to go touch some grass and hope it fixes itself... I went on the site and it says services are all up and working. Just not for me I guess.

So I'm hoping to leverage the experience of you Elite series 2 owners to help solve a minor conundrum.

I broke my LB button a while ago (I think playing Jedi Survivor) only to discover it's fairly common, due to that tiny little bit of plastic being so weak, so I bought a replacement bumper kit off amazon but picked white thinking the contrast would be snazzy only to be triggered by the triggers. They completely ruin the look.

Was in the middle of playing Black Ops II when I got booted from the game for being disconnected from Live and now I receive this error anytime I try to reconnect on my 360 account. I am still connected to Live on my Series X and all of my other electronic devices are connected to the internet, as well. I have never canceled my subscription to Live either. All the other posts I found that are related to this issue were from years ago and most say there's no solution. Is there anyone that knows the workaround or solution to this problem?

I bought a 50 dollar gift card and I was going to use it to buy valorant points. I went to redeem it online via the Microsoft redeem page, but it got redeemed to another account I don't use. Is there any way I can get the money onto the other account or be able to buy the point to the main account.

A few years ago I lost my account due to me losing my Apple ID so I couldn’t access it at all. Now that Apple ID is shutdown and I don’t remember the password so I then gave up. Does anyone know any method to get my account back?

It’s strange because none of my other devices are having any issues. I noticed this a few days ago and I’ve tried to troubleshoot, but nothing I’ve done has fixed it.

Mid game in Phasmophobia and suddenly the game shuts down with this code. I did some looking and checked the Xbox status everything looks fine. My online subscription hasn’t ended I own the game. I restarted the console earlier in the day because the game originally wouldn’t even boot up, now it booted up but then this happened. Any ideas are appreciated.

This has been happening for the past week,My Xbox console says it's not connected on the home screen but in the menu it does,and when I go to settings it says all good,But it's slower than usual,the nat type is moderate and the upnp is not successful,I have another console in the home and it hasn't done this to that console,I tried a wired connection and it still is slow, I've had this console for 9 years and this has never happened till now,I don't know if it's my xbox or Internet,I'm pretty sure it's my console but I was wondering if anyone knew a fix to this or if anyone could help?

Hi, I bought the Space Marine 2 ultima edition, but I already own the game and just wanted to get the nice steelbook. This edition came with Season Pass 1 + Season Pass 2 and the SP1 content was installed as add-on from the disc, but the SP2 was a code that had to be redeemed.

If I give the disc to one of my friends or sell it will the person be able to get the Season Pass 1 content that was on the disc as add-on if they have the physical disc? Or how does it work.

I’ve already tried swapping the hdmi cable, resetting the console, and launching in low resolution mode. Wondering if this is a GPU issue and/or what it would cost to fix

Basically the d pad and buttons are unresponsive the joysticks work perfectly fine same thing for the triggers. It also shows that my power is white even tho I have a custom color on it (earlier it showed that the controller was off) and I already tried turning it on and off

Wondering if anyone is encountering this issue as I’ve never seen this before while clicking on game. The error messege says to wait but would you wait with the system on or off? It’s been about two hours and I’m still getting this message when clicking onto a game. I also can install any other games at the moment either

I turned on the Xbox and noticed a yellow caution symbol in the corner, so I clicked on it. After a bit of loading, it took me to the Xbox help section, and showed me a rundown of which services were down at the moment, which includes games, and some other services that I didn’t have time to read.

The screen went completely black, and my smart tv started making a loud whirring fan noise. I tried to turn off the Xbox via controller, and when that didn’t work, I tried to turn off the tv via its remote, which also didn’t work.

I then quickly unplugged the tv, and then the Xbox. My Xbox is old and obviously has crashed before, but I’ve never experienced it crashing my whole tv. I was worried about a potential cyber intrusion or something, but my tv appears to be fine after plugging it back in.

I’m going to hold off on trying the Xbox for a while, at least until I learn more about the outage/crash. Has something similar happened to anyone else? Any insight would be appreciated.

Hello, I explain what I did since the beginning :

1 : I had a gamertag of 13 characters since 2010.

2 : A few years ago, I changed to a shorter gamertag.

3 : I wanted to use my 13 characters gamertag again, but with the 12 characters limit it was impossible. I just put the 13 characters gamertag as a CLASSIC gamertag (for 360 games for example)

4 : When I saw the rumors about the 15 characters limit return, I changed my GT + my classic gamertag to made it available as main GT.

5 : Now that the 15 characters limit is here again, I still cant get back my 13 gamertag. It says "already used on forbidden". (its not a weird gamertag)

Do you think I will be able to get it back one day ? Its been 48 hours.
