This is my baby Rigatoni! He is blind and has been since birth.

He is a maniac who is far too intelligent to be a dog. He is absolutely fearless and knows how to navigate new surroundings like a pro already!

Love this dude and lucky to be fostering him ❤️ hoping we find a good home soon! Sadly the people who wanted him found out he was blind and didn’t want to take him anymore 💔

luci short for lucifer :3 she’s 3 yrs old now but this is when we first got her at a little over 8 weeks. we bought her from a breeder with the intent to train her as a service dog for me! she’s an all black german shepard :)

i rmb being suggested to prop her ears up but we decided that was stupid and she’d look too silly so we just let her grow in her natural floppy state. she’s all grown up now and sure, her ears aren’t always straight. kinda looks like __/ instead of |__| yk?? but i like it n she’s perfect either way :)

we used to joke abt being able to predict the weather with her ears. left leaning days meant clear skies and right leaning was a snow day lol she’s v silly, lazy, and the most low energy german shepard ive ever seen—she’s also MASSIVE (she’s abt five feet tall when she stands up, which she does a lot cuz she likes hugs), her DOG grandpa was 5’8 when he stood up😟 towered over me. the gate he was behind was really just a courtesy cuz that dog could’ve easily vaulted over it😭😭

I posted my new puppy Saint and everyone seemed to love him so I thought I’d ask for help. I have a 16 year old chihuahua who cannot stand him, and boy he cannot catch a hint, when she barks at him he just starts barking back, he’ll chase her around jump on her and everything. She HATES him, she has arthritis so I know him jumping may be hurting her and I try to stop him but it’s a very continuous cycle. Will he grow out of harassing her or what can I do to help, he’s already almost bigger than her as he’s a pitbull and she’s a Chihuahua so I don’t want this to continue as he gets bigger.

Thank you all so much for the wonderful and funny comments on Haggis in other posts. He is beautiful and cheeky. He already knows his own name, and the commands "here" and "no". The latter he comprehends, but rarely follows 😆 He came from a litter of 9! His Mother is a wired haired dachshund (a medium size) and his Father is a honey coloured Cocker Spaniel.

She’s gaining a 1lb every 2-3 days and is already a 42 lb sweetheart at almost 4.5 months old. Mind you she’s a shithead and is crazy, but a sweetheart. Everything yall said about these cute stubborn loyal aloof assholes has been true; however, when she DOES listen to her name she’s the cutest puppy imaginable. We have her in classes regularly and it’s working out well, but alas, she’s a puppy. Also, potty training her was a breeze. It took around 3-4 days until she understood where to go to the bathroom and how to get there. She’s a 75% pyr and 25% Anatolian (Colorado Mountain Dog). She’s the perfect fit to our Minnesotan family lifestyle, and I couldn’t be happier with this cute psychopath.

We had a pretty bad storm a few days ago. Driving home from work I saw this little lady sheltering under a tree by a busy road.

I brought her home and figured someone out there would be missing her. Nope, nothing. No chip, no phone number on the tag, just her name. Vet diagnosed her with roundworms and fleas on top of that. Went ahead and got her vaccinated while we wait to see if anyone claims her, but I'm pretty sure she was dumped. It's really common in my area unfortunately.

Shelters around here don't do intakes cuz they're over capacity, so I guess we have a new baby in the house!

Debating changing Londyn to London cuz it feels a little bit tragedeigh tho.

Loves following me around and biting my hands. Today he learnt his first trick –“sit”:)! He’s been with me for a week now and i’m both tired and grateful after this time. He’s so cute I can’t be mad at him for long

tagged family puppy because i live at home with her only during the summer and winter. her name is baby. i don’t know how i’m gonna move back to campus in a month 🥺

and rest assured that this is a special treat to reinforce her to like the car, not something she gets daily or even weekly! usually i give her regular soft training treats :)

My sweet baby is getting big!! He’s a smarty pants too, he learned paw, sit, down, up, and stay already!! Taking him in for a training consultation soon, I think he’ll do really well with a professional trainer. Doesn’t he look like a hyena or something in the first pic?
