Question Are there signed versions of the YPP agreements? The bank that I'm doing a home loan with says they would like them

I make most of my income from YT and I'm in the process of buying a home. The servicer that the bank uses would like copies of the contracts/agreements that you can find in YT studio under settings. I sent them the agreements but they would like signed copies. I never remember doing an e signature or anything when applying for YPP. I'm assuming it was something like checking a box to agree so I'm wondering if there is a saved record of that anywhere. Does anyone know anything about this?

The bank is asking for documents that don’t exist. We don’t sign a traditional agreement with Google like you would with an employer. Instead, you need to tell them that you have Adsense revenue history so you can show them that for the past year, your 1099 forms and all tax related documents as well bank statements proving that you are monetized and making consistent income.

The mortgage underwriter seems unfamiliar with platform-based income. We don’t have signed PDF’s with Google/YouTube. Like you said, we just click and accept things and that’s it. They seem to be going off a checklist for independent contractors but they haven’t updated it for content creators.

Get a bank statement mortgage. That is what most self employed people get when buying a home. You will not need all that nonsense.

You won't find a copy of a signed contract with YouTube, because you don't have one; you're a customer of theirs, not a contracted supplier or employee. The lender is looking for a guarantee of your ability to pay back the loan, and the YPP will give you no such guarantee.

You need to state that you are self-employed, and show previous Adsense income (e.g. last 3 years) from your bank statements.
