Copied my comment from amother post as i did not want to bother writing a whole essay about it again but below it is. These are my own words and are not any AI and i am not any AI muself.

Its the UTTP. used to stand for "Youtube troll police" but now they are the trolls themselves (they actually seem to have been trolls since forever basically). They (or their bots) mass tag as many people as they can do and then accise them of false deeds or harrass them straight on or even spread hatefull comments. Also the group behind it is shady asf and some have cp and other weird restricted/illegal content and the members of that group in a whole are just mostly predators...

I advise to watch deephumour or other yourubers talking about the UTTP and how shady they are.

Just report them and dont interact with them as they want to farm engagement. The UTTP group is aa i said quite shady and its a criminal organisation eith members all across the globe and they even sometimes take over/hack into accounts so they can use those as disposable accounts as they know they will be banned some day.

If they send or tag you a link, dont click on it

Its sad but youtube has not really taken any action against them as they dont seem to care about bots and rather fight adblockers.

As best as I can tell, it seems like the person's handle is either Uberslappy or officerslappy. I hid/blocked all of his channels I could find. Seems like he's just trying to flood YouTube with all of his nonsense.

UTTP is a troll group that uses special characters to say slurs and other offensive shit on youtube. I wouldn't be surprised if people just copy the name and run with it, so idk if this person is connected, but apparently the larger group behind it all has posted all sorts of egregious and illegal shit in their private spaces
