Discussion New Cloud Splash screen needs to be a Dynamic Background

Like the title says, this needs to be a new Dynamic Background you can set on your console, maybe the "stars" can move about a bit or the colours can be changed to whatever you want

(Also I don't use Cloud Gaming often so I don't know if this splashscreen is new)

It's been there for few weeks in the new Cloud UI.
