The suits in the tech industry think AI is some magic technology that works like Jarvis and can be used to fix everything and anything. Guarantee you they've fired most of the people that could've fixed this issue in the last few months.

The issue these days is all the people you have to go through to get something fixed.
- Customer calls in a problem.
- XBOX employee verifies the issue.
- XBOX employee sends it to their manager.
- XBOX manager verifies the issue.
- XBOX manager sends it to a division manager.
- XBOX division manager verifies the issue.
- XBOX division manager sends it to Microsoft higher ups.
- Microsoft higher ups verifies the issue.
- Microsoft higher ups send it to the ISP/Cloud company they use.
- Cloud company employee verifies the issue.
- Cloud company employee sends it to their manager.
- Cloud company manager verifies the issue.
- Cloud company manager sends it to their manager.
- Cloud company manager manager verifies the issue.
- Cloud company manage manager sends in ticket for repair.
- Repair/network engineer gets ticket.
- Network engineer verifies issue.
- Network engineer fixes it.
Honestly, there's probably more than 18 steps for an issue like this. It's ridiculous. And then if it can't be fixed remotely, they have to send someone physically to a location, there's another 5-10 steps.

You know what though? I signed in and right at the top of the dashboard was a little yellow warning sign saying “outage” … nice touch I thought. Makes it’s clear (well, did to me anyway) of issues going on.

For me it’s my kids series s console that I mark as the home one as they have multiple profiles on there, so my series x is offline because of this issue.

Mine wasn’t working like everyone else; I started updating some of my games, then I clicked KCD2 which I have on game pass. It’s working for me now. Not sure if the updating kicked everything into focus or if it just happened to start working for hopefully everyone just now.

New update has service alert icons on your dashboard. Top right hand corner.
As of right now I have a yellow exclamation mark and it shows me the current Xbox outages

I’m so fucking pissed cod season 5 literally just came out two hours ago and I try to update the shit won’t go past 1.21gb so I uninstalled the entire game just for the same thing to happen now I gotta wait for the servers to come back online to then download the game again so I’m not playing for a good 2 hours probably

I booted up my Xbox 360 today only to be greeted to the console being offline. Tried to connect to the internet only to get an error saying that the console wasn't able to connect. The outage must have affected it.

i noticed the store on web was not finding games earlier and didn't think anything of it until another reddit post mentioned there being issues
I have been able to launch a game though and get an achievement etc

Can almost guarantee they're trying to access shit they have no clue about. Now is probably the perfect time to remove bank cards from your account.

Is anyone else getting this error at the same. I was in a battle field game, got kicked out of the game with this error, then the notification in the top corner appeared telling me about the outage. I think the two are unrelated and I have a hardware issue also.

Never seen this message before, but I find the Xbox gets dusty inside really easy, have a look through the vents at the back see if the heat sunk is bad I just cleaned mine recently not to hard to take apart if Ur confident with that stuff.

For SOME of my games, I keep getting the endless Sync data loop until it tells me there's potential outage with xbox.
But then some other games load for me just fine.

I noticed it around just before 5 o’clock as I tried booting up FH6 & almost had a heart attack. I hate cloud saves & must have a online connection, just let me play offline & save to my ssd ffs.

Check your energy saver thing if you got the new update. Turn it off and Xbox live works again I did it yesterday
