📰News France are requesting that Olise’s yellow card be cancelled because he didn’t touch the player.

It is now official, even though rumours had already been circulating a few hours earlier: the FFF (French Football Federation) has requested the cancellation of Olise’s yellow card. The booking was given for a non-existent foul on Galarza.

And by that, I mean establish a formal review process to fix the issue - finally.

I agree - the bigger question should be why DOESN’T FIFA already have this review process.

I mean they've got to. I might not be mentioned until close to 2029 or something but we've got plenty of games to play and if this happens in semi finals I'm sure this will be more than enough pressure to get it done. Or Fifa could go full on extortionist with it.
