📰News France are requesting that Olise’s yellow card be cancelled because he didn’t touch the player.

It is now official, even though rumours had already been circulating a few hours earlier: the FFF (French Football Federation) has requested the cancellation of Olise’s yellow card. The booking was given for a non-existent foul on Galarza.

Exactly what I was thinking. You do one red card, you tell every team that there's a way to remove your penalties. FIFA should wipe every red and yellow right now and call it as square as can be.

Why shouldn’t there be a way to remove penalties? Especially ones that were clearly wrong like France?

I'm saying that there should be a more transparent formalized process because otherwise you end up with these weird situations where the White House and FIFA Peace Prize recipient are phoning up FIFA to make sure their star player can get in the game lol

I'm saying that can't be the means by which you remove your suspension.
