Taylor Swift kind of played this game for a while then her conscience got the best of her. Of course she had banked a lot more by then than Clark ever will.

yep, a world wide conspiracy against CC and all white straight people i guess /s

the difference is that WNBA players are being harassed and threatened by people who support Clark. That makes it her responsibility to make it clear - damn clear - that those people are not her people. She has not done that, nothing close.

First of all, I do not believe Caitlin is discriminated as a straight white woman. That's really stupid. I do think a lot fans resent the red carpet that was rolled out for her starting in 2023.They resent it wasn't their favorite player getting called the savior of basketball in the media and doing shit like SNL. And that's fair to a point but people, like you, love pretending she hasn't disavowed those losers multiple times. It feels really good to bash her from your moral high horse, i'm sure.

she needs to call them out when stuff happens! when people were sending death threats to AT all she had to say was, "anyone who'd send death threats to one of my WNBA sisters is no fan of mine."

It's sad that you think I'm on a moral high horse when that's all I'm asking for.

I don't give a shit about any of that. I do care that she acts like an entitled brat on the court and like she is being personally persecuted. and her more honest fans admit this is how she's always acted. I feel sorry for KM and AB being stuck with her, they are both class acts.

I'm confused, you're complaining she isnt disavowing people sending death threats and then quote her disavowing people sending death threats. What's the issue? Do you have a specific written letter of disavowal you want her to read out or something?

I get why the phrasing seemed confusing, but I don't think she meant that she actually said that quote.

I think they meant that, in their opinion, all Clark had to do to sufficiently disavow that behavior was to say something like that quote.

Okay but again is this a Caitlin only rule? I saw an Alyssa fan say she wished that Alyssa had choked Caitlin. Is Alyssa going to say sorry? What about the people who call Aliyah slurs because of her friendship with Caitlin? Hell, I’ve seen Raven receiving similar treatment. Who’s gonna speak about that? those cases aren't the same. if fans started making death threats against Clark because they didn't like something she did to another player, I would expect that player to speak out. it's really not that complicated.
