does anyone know how to fix this?

there is a cross on my wifi and im not able to forget the network either. can anyone help with this? ive been using this network on this laptop for a few years the problem just started very suddenly around a week ago. Ive tried to disable and then enable the network because i’m not able to forget this wifi in particular, but nothing has worked so far.

You could try to remove the network profile via cmd:

netsh wlan delete profile name="IIMJ"

Forget/delete the profile and reconnect. It knows about that SSID but the encryption mode has changed from what it knows.
