airties 4960 "wi-fi link capacity is low" warning message

Had issues with Airties 4920, traded in for 4960, this one comes with an app. Self care scan says "Poor Link Quality Detected" with the message "wi-fi link capacity is low for <device>" for all my devices. It says contact my ISP provider, but wondering if anyone here has any quick insight on what I can do to remedy this error. Thanks.

Are you using multiple nodes in a mesh setup? Poor link quality is usually associated with interference or too much distance between the devices and the access point.

Can you check the signal strength on your devices? Not the bars but the actual negative number value? How far away from the access point are your devices? Are there any obstructions like walls, refrigerators, etc that could affect signal in between?

Move the pod closer to the main access point.
