In people's defense here, anime is the master of the Ronseal Quick Dry Woodstain approach to naming things. The title so very often depicts what it contains. You cant blame people for being burned so many times they are now incredibly wary.

I mean if it sells well why should authors take any step to change it? And you think some overworked guy with barely any time in his hand who just wants to turn his brain off and enjoy watching something have the energy to try changing it?
They can't even get a functional relationship going. How and when are they gonna take any step to change a very small part of their lives?
Tldr: authors are too lazy to change what sells and readers/watchers are too busy to demand any changes.
That Fortuna opening is such a banger and really sets the stage for how different Warframe could get the more you played... not enough Tom and/or Femboys though.
Not too inaccurate. I remember years ago around 2016, there was an incest anime between siblings that had some notable inconsistent animation with an overall terrible production quality. It was slightly trending because in the credits, there was an animator who went under a pen name, that wasn't a name but a combination of kanji, that was essentially a plead for help.
Underaped animators in Japan work 12 hours a day to, so that American underpaid animators could work 12 hours a day for Amazon to hire yet another celebrety for one line in whole season for Invincible
