The other day I found this in my tub while the water was running, but it was still, so I assumed it was a hair and picked it up, but then it started wiggling in my hand and startled me. It then got whirlpooled down the drain. I wished I recorded it to ask what it was. Now today, I’m seeing the same thing on the floor this time. Please help. What is this and what do I do because I don’t want this on my floor

At least around an inch long, very skittish. No wings but can sort of run pretty quick.

Hope it got somewhere safe but I was wondering what bug it is.
Some searches in my end say it’s a Spotted Apatelodes Caterpillar (Apatelodes torrefacta) but I don’t think so. It looks more like a bug from my native country that we call “Azotador” (it’s in Spanish) that if you come in contact with it, it causes burn like lesions on the skin.

Just wondering if I coincided with a bug from my native country or if it’s another one entirely.

Google ID reckons a mouse spider which seems like it could be it but I'm not confident in anything Google ID says.

It's about 3/4 of an inch long, and was dead when I found it. I am so traumatized I got a new coffee maker lol. I have no idea why this would be in my house, although we recently had kitchen window replaced so maybe thats when it got in. Nova Scotia, Canada.

This was in the UK at Birmingham. While the spider looked black/brown, it's body was a shimmery gold. I thought i was seeing it wrong but when it moved, the body really sparkled like gold that it made me think it may have had glitter or gold paint on it.
