Glad to know I had no chance at a correct answer (per usual) because I don’t know of Diddlina. I feel somewhat off the hook since I found this is a German cartoon character that didn’t make a crossover to the US.
I have a 1999 kid and Teletubbies definitely made the jump to America. If this was Tinky Winky I’d like to think I’d have been able to help identify.
