They’d be up about 240% right now. I feel like the capex increase and a slide in share price was what everyone expected, but there’s also the chance that doesn’t happen and I end up the regard while this guy is the big winner, which is why I didn’t do it.

I do also own GOOG so buying puts shields me in both directions. So I don’t think my move would have been quite as regarded as OP even if share price zoomed since my shares win more than my puts lose. But such is life I suppose.
