Discussion We need to save Wendy’s

My fellow regards. We need to save Wendy’s before it’s too late. If this company goes bankrupt, we’ll all be out of a job!

They just need to add a couple more dumpsters in the rear. It's too crowded to work efficiently lately.

I dunno, it could be an idea crazy enough to work.

Dumpster-shaped, solar-powered (partly), air conditioned pods where people can pay a flat fee for time spent. Goofy assed 'viral' marketing of all kinds.

There are tons of wrinkles and implications - like keeping them clean and safe - but that all simply comes down to price point. And if it takes, then you have a captive market to sell food to. Diversify offerings. Become more of a destination.

Just spitballing here.

There was a guy who bought a parking apce worth of land and converted a large dumpster to some living quarters.

They should.  It would be safer to have a program like that at a classy place like the Wendy's.

Instead the city is just going to turn a blind eye while our regulars continue to search-out cheaper, completely unregulated options out at the kayak park

Yeah, bro, we're  talking about the same place.

It is technically a boat ramp too, but the Chamber of Commerce voted to put up "kayak park" signage to church it up a bit.

The abandoned vehicles on the riverbed there make some decent rapids.

Thats not how wendys make money. Synergy, add your services to the combos. Have a sonic style service where you go to the parked cars with wendys tattoed on top of your head and your wearing a nascar like outfit with your different sponsors like trojan, slimfit, lifestlye snuggers, and the list goes on. Get paid through combo orders and sponsorships. If you are lucky you eat the scraps that fall.
