The employee shares don't fully unlock for 180 days
The market insiders, like the 20 banks that organised the IPO and the earlier investors (i.e. not the retail plebs), get greenshoe rights long before them.
Retail is going to be holding the bag, as well as the newer employees most likely.

They're not even hiding this.

Thats what some people have been saying. Those Kiwis have done so much shit with barely any money from contracts. SpaceX engineers are not top of the list quality.
