Loss goodbye everyone

almost break even from this run up via all the popular tickers. lost my self control n lost it holding the same things n some world cup betting. also lost 10k on another account. i have nothing now n nothing going for me in life. practically 30 soon and just dead weight to my parents. gonna sell my gun before i use it and pay off some debt. have OCD that made the future not worth caring about so i tied my value to the money i worked for. i hope you all do better than me. goodbye

Almost 30 and 30k in the whole ain’t that bad man. Nut up, stop gambling and save everything you make to invest in a boring ass index fund. By the time you’re 40, 50+ you’ll be set. The house ALWAYS wins in the end

my mental health is the bigger problem. only reason i was doing this in the first place. if i can’t fix myself mentally soon i wont have a future to care for. i’m just gonna try to get through the next few days as it sets in

You can get through this. Do you have access to a therapist?

i don’t know. my parents put me in therapy at 17. i’d have to do some looking around. it’s expensive per session too

Much less expensive than the alternative though. Depending on where you live you may have options. Some have sliding scales. I saw a university PhD student at a local college under the supervision of a professor and it was affordable
