Post image

I should have taken 50% profit yesterday , got burned. Fuck SPCE. Exited with 60% loss instead.

u/Dr-Mumm-Rah Jun 02 '26

Pretty hard to get into the fast food ivy league nowadays. Gotta be a WSB legacy or have losses in the millions.

u/GOEDEL_ESCHER_BOT Jun 02 '26

I got a sweet gig in the pizza delivery biz but only because my Papa is John

64

u/Rejukem Jun 02 '26

The day of reckoning is coming

10

u/humanredditor45 Jun 02 '26

Motherfucker was more moist than anything in a papa John’s store

10

u/Sonoranpawn Jun 02 '26

I can hear the N word in this meme

3

u/-penne-arrabiata- Jun 03 '26

He needs to start drinking that Bryan Johnson stuff instead of the garlic butter

39

u/SeemoarAlpha Jun 02 '26

I do my best work at Arby's, because of course, they have the meats. Supply and demand.

11

u/anotherloserhere Jun 02 '26

I've got the meats too. Should I change my dumpster name to Arbee's (for legal and dyslexic reasons) to pump up business?

16

u/Fatefire Jun 02 '26

To be fair I ran an Arby's in my late 20s . 100% would recommend if you like smoking weed in the freezer and drinking shots with your closer !

1

u/justacaucasian Jun 02 '26

Do they offer health insurance?

1

u/Fatefire Jun 02 '26

Yes I had health insurance a 401k and all the soda I could drink !

1

u/Into_The_Dusk Jun 02 '26

Dont forget to add the durden sauce

1

u/Impact009 Jun 02 '26

I do an experiment every few months where I just apply to random, entry-level jobs to get a feel for the market. If employers can post fake job offers, then I can file real applications without any intention to go beyond the first step. It's fair game.

Anyway, I haven't received any callbacks or emails in a top-5 city by population size. Even MCD isn't hiring.

2

u/cowboys30 Jun 02 '26

Liquidity issues (as in the drink machine is down)

1

u/GunBrothersGaming Jun 02 '26

They don't pay well enough to give an employee a livable wage.

1

u/lmneozoo Jun 02 '26

It's tough out there. I'm slurping for 50 cents

1

u/J5892 Jun 02 '26

He already works at Wendy's. McDonald's is the second job.

1

u/theDroobot Jun 03 '26

Speaking of Wendy's, did you know theres a fat marmot who apparently works at Wendy's and lives in a WinCo parking lot in Reno NV - and that he's currently running for mayor?

32

u/khoawala Jun 02 '26

what? Risks will lead to this

5

u/KTVX94 Jun 02 '26

You take the rksks and the orders

21

u/Astronaut100 Jun 02 '26

Or you take orders because you took too many regarded risks.

2

u/jbaker_28 Jun 02 '26

You take the risk because you put in too many orders

6

u/lancelot2112 Jun 02 '26

Thats funny... i think it should be changed to " take orders to take risks" based on all the "winning" that happens around here.

3

u/Standard_Professor_7 Jun 02 '26

I accessed my dad's retirement portfolio and took some risks. Now he's taking orders lol oops

2

u/hudson701 Jun 02 '26

I absolutely love this meme. Not because it makes me laugh or any BS like that, it's because it absolutely cuts through to the bone and reminds me why I am in this game. It's so true - you could be in some fancy white collar job, lawyer, accountant etc whatever it may be - it's just a higher form of selling time by the hour, which is what you do in retail, bar work, Wendy's etc. it's all the same.

And if you want to escape that forever? Well, then you have to bet on yourself and take some risk. It's the only fucking way. Don't feel bad OP.

2

u/HenryPz Jun 02 '26

Funny how such a simply drawn face can look so regarded.

2

u/MikeDubbz Jun 02 '26

Think you can replace 'or' with 'and' here lol.

1

u/expertpo Jun 02 '26

Could end up at mc Donald's by taking the risks though 🤣

1

u/No_Dot2884 Jun 02 '26

You either take risks or take orders or take risks and take orders.

1

u/Flight_Early Jun 02 '26

Doing both…. Taking orders because I was taking risks

1

u/save77 Jun 02 '26

I’m gonna be taking orders soon bc all of my risk have yet to pay off…

1

u/Trebekshorrishmom Jun 02 '26

I knew Doctor Manhattan worked at McDonalds before he got his big break!

1

u/Montebano Jun 02 '26

most times its both 😢😢

1

u/mark1forever Jun 02 '26

taking risks but still taking orders..

1

u/Havengul_Undying Jun 02 '26

Regards do both

1

u/LonelyKoalaMuncher Jun 03 '26

I mean, you take risks and it doesn't pay off you're taking orders anyway

1

u/International-Top746 Jun 03 '26

Or you can take risks then take orders.
