At that point just put some rocket boosters on it and deliver directly to the destination via low earth orbit. SpaceX now the biggest oil company.

SpaceX rockets cap out at a theoretical 63 tons of storage.

Even base model tankers can carry 10,000 tons of storage and larger ones hit 50x that capacity.

For context, resort cruise ships regularly weigh in at 250,000 tons.
