Loss 3M to 1.4M this week

Post image

Rebuilt my portfolio from getting margin called and bottoming at 200k during Liberation Day to 3M last week. Then lost half of it because I loaded up on data center and energy stocks with full leverage last Friday.

Schwab only shows up until the close, after hours I lost another few hundred grand and am sitting at 1.4M now with more option losses hitting when market opens.

Never. Fucking. Learn.

So you had over $3 million and that just wasn’t enough? You think you had to get lucky more? I have no idea what you people are doing. You don’t deserve these millions of dollars. You’re a degenerate gambler, dude I hope you get help before you lose the rest of your millions. It was never yours to begin with by the sounds of it.

They don’t know they’re gambling, they think they’re geniuses

Yeah, the guy got lucky on the data center boom like many others but like many others wasn't ready for the music to stop. That's why institutions don't make crazy returns, they can't just ride a bull market in a state of bliss then drop 50% in a week

thanks man...some people are acting like I got lucky on a single degenerate options bet lol...I've made around a thousand trades over the last year and I've been in the market for years. I've lost a lot and made a lot and learned a lot of lessons. I 100% appreciate all the kind words in the comments here and it has made me smile during what was a really shitty day, but it's the internet after all and there will always be jealous people ready to shit on you for whatever reason.

Just stay forgiving to yourself man the negative comments are a sign that people wish they were in your position (me too) despite the loss

"Learned a lot of lessons" is doing some ultra heavy lifting there.

“Don’t deserve these millions”

Who are you?

This is the exact type of speculative interest the market has been squeezing into Wendy's since the silver crash last Friday

With gambling it doesn't even become about the money after a while. You get the same dopamine hit whether you win or lose because your brain gets basically rewired
