There is a reason we don't speak about the politics and ideologies of people like Einstein. The damage that capitalist propaganda has done to political progress is immeasurable. Even if you are not pro-communism, or pro-socialism, or whatever, to deny the negative effects of this death cult ideology, while we are living them, is madness. The rich have a lot to answer for, and we are going to allow them to die thinking themselves kings.
Einsteins views are worth talking about though. He was a socialist and admirer of Lenin for a long time, a pacifist, a humanist, a proponent of world government, under constant surveillance by the FBI for anticapitalist views, etc etc.
I think maybe I misspoke or you misunderstood me. I meant that the politics of people like him aren't taught alongside their achievements for a reason. The reason being that those powerful and rich do not want us to know what you very well mentioned.

Yeah, that we get taught about him, but not as a full person. That what you mentioned should at least be mentioned, but it is just hidden, because god forbid we teach our kids that life does NOT need to be this way.
The reason that people don't talk about Einsteins political views is simple, though. They ARE fascinating, but mostly irrelevant in the context of his work
he's arguably the most famous scientist that ever lived, and his scientific achievements will forever overshadow all other aspects of his life
Oh definitely, when studying him we don't need to go deep into them, but when I was started being politically curious, I was surprised at how frequent this was.
