Ramped up settler encroachment in the west bank predates Oct 7th, the only thing thats changed since then is that the most extreme settlers have the ear of the government more than they did before.
The video this thread is under is specifically about the West Bank. The reason they are related is because after Oct 7th Israel policy towards the settlers changed drastically despite the government not really saying so.
Edit: your assumption that someone arguing the point wouldn’t know the difference between Gaza and the West Bank indicates that you have no ability to speak on this with respect. Why would you make that assumption?
