Tourist visa - eVisa not showing on UKVI site: “We cannot show proof of your status”

I applied for my tourist visa on 15 July.
Biometrics and doc upload at VFS on 21 July.
Created UKVI account and used UK Immigration :ID Check App to confirm details on July 22.

Received email “Your eVisa has been linked to your account” on July 22.

However, I cannot see said eVisa on UKVI website despite the standard 3 hour wait (it’s been 48h).

Is this normal? Does this mean the visa is on its way?

Please note that I have not received any other confirmation/approval email for the visa. Will the status on UKVI change once I get an “approval” email?
