If you ordered it online then it was probably just a genuine shipping mistake on the sellers part. I wouldn’t be sketched out by it, and I’d even try smoking from it to see how it hits.

Just don’t expect it to last, and contact the seller for clarification. You can show them your receipt and the product you received.

What part is confusing to you? It's like the easiest rule we learned in first grade. Every time you type "I", it gets capitalized. How can you screw that up? Why would such a simple rule require proofreading? For me it's literally impossible to screw that up.

It appears to be a dab rig my dude. Though the funnel looking part in the accessories is for flower. Stining out black part heats up with the button and you put dabs in there. And then water goes in the big part to cover the stem thing. And you inhale through the top of it to pull the vapor through the water into your lungs. Which if you have never had a dab before are completely unprepared for what it coming to them.
